We are a result-oriented team of over 50 top-class players with experience in both traditional Software companies (like Google) and Blockchain projects (like Open Zepelin or UMA) with top-class engineers, many of who hold PhDs.
As our first internal full-time designer, you'll lead all our external visual presence across social media and other platforms. Your work will directly shape how RedStone is perceived in the fast-moving blockchain space, giving you significant influence on our overall brand identity.

🫡 What You’ll Do
TL;DR -> You'll be responsible for all graphics and design that RedStone publishes and uses across all channels, with a particular focus on social media (esp. Twitter/X and Blog). Your creative vision will elevate our brand presence and help communicate complex blockchain concepts through compelling visual storytelling and motion design.

Lead Visual Brand Development: Maintain and evolve RedStone's visual identity across all touchpoints while ensuring brand consistency

Social Media Content Creation: Design eye-catching graphics, animations, and visual content for Twitter/X, Discord, Telegram, and other platforms

Marketing Collateral: Design impactful visual assets for marketing campaigns, events, and partnerships

Web Graphics: Create visual elements for website updates and improvements

Educational Content: Develop infographics, diagrams, and visual explainers to make blockchain concepts accessible

Event Materials: Design branded materials for conferences, webinars, and community events

Partnership Announcements: Create custom visuals to highlight new integrations and partnerships

Product Launch Support: Develop visual assets for new product/feature launches
⚙️ Skills You’ll Need

Design Expertise: Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional graphic design skills with 3+ years of experience

Software Proficiency: Expert in Figma and other relevant design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, etc.)

Visual Storytelling: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling visuals

Social Media Design: Experience designing specifically for various social media platforms and their unique requirements

Self-Direction: Ability to work independently and take ownership of the design process

Communication: Clear communication skills to collaborate with marketing and technical teams

English Proficiency: B2 level or higher
Nice to have:

Experience in creating memes and culturally relevant content for crypto audiences

Prompt engineering / skilled with Gen AI tools for designs
